The Ebon Hawk arrives on Dantooine, a grassland planet with plenty of new challenges for the crew. In hardly two months, Seth becomes part of the Jedi Order, attempts to hold back his growing feelings for Mission, and recieves shocking information on his long-dead parents that further his hate of Darth Malak. The Dark Side is getting harder to resist.

The arrogant but gifted Padawan Bastila Shan reluctantly joins the Mandalorian Wars, only to fall in love with the Revanchist himself. Can she learn to fight for more than ideals before the war destroys both the Republic and the man she loves?

Kairi tried not to shudder. Of
course, she had seen the stark resemblance between the younger Onasi and
the one she knew well. Dustil had the same auburn hair and angular jaw -
even his emotional pattern and Force aura felt similar, though the
younger man was marked by the desperation of a wounded predator. If
possible, Dustil would be spared. However, if he proved a danger, then
it would be easier to blame the dangers of the academy...

The hair on Carth's neck stood up as he took his blaster
from the man's icy hands, holding the cloth in place until the bleeding
staunched. The elder Sith walked over to the dead student and shook his
head, taking the medallion from the dead boy's neck. Handing it to Carth
and taking back the bloodied cloth, he remarked, "A lot of power in
this one, but no wisdom. As for you, report to the academy tomorrow, and
show that medallion to the guard. Once inside, I have a job to offer
you."

Innocence never lasts. It is too easily broken, too easily turned to ash when exposed to the harsh realities of the universe. And when innocence dies, something else must step in and replace the void.

The Dark Side is always eager to volunteer.

            Mag and Carth walked down the hall and easily found the dining room from the amount of noise echoing out of the partially closed door. They grabbed a couple of plates of food each and sat down at the last empty table in the room.

            The food wasn’t anything fancy, but it was hearty. Carth and Mag ate greedily, figuring since they had a big job for Gadon, their next meal could be many hours away.

            Carth was about to ask Mag a question when they were joined by a member of the Beks.

            He was a very handsome human. Between his sandy-blond hair, dark green eyes, and strong, square jaw, the man could have been a model.

Revan and the Exile have left to fight in the Unknown Regions, but the greatest battle of all may be the one they face when they return.

Carth and Mag got lost on their way to the party. The streets of Upper Taris were narrow and confusing and many of the street signs were missing. When the two of them finally found the correct address, the party was in full swing.

I don't know how, or why, I've been brought into the KotOR Universe. I've been forced into helping Revan, who doesn't know who he is, stop Malak and the Sith. “No, I’m THE Jedi.  The Grand Master, a Jedi Lord.  There won’t be another one for oh 3,900 years.”  Her sarcasm wasn’t lost on him; she could see him recognize that his vision and her statement were intertwined.  “And he’ll be short and green.”

Thankfully, the escape pod landed on the night side of the planet. Although Carth could tell that he had at least a couple bruised bones, he lifted himself out of the escape pod.He grabbed the emergency pack and placed it over his shoulder. He then took to the task of getting Mag out of the pod. She was unconscious and still bleedingfrom the wound on her abdomen. Carth gingerly lifted her out of the pod and carefully made his way to a back alley. He examined her wounds and decided that they weren’t life threatening. Carth then picked her up and went to find a place to hide.
