Female Revan

With
a bow, the battle began. They circled, assessing one another, weighing
the other's intention. Seeing what she thought was an opening, Channa
struck out with a swift kick to Revan's hip. Revan twisted out of the
way, and countered with a savage backhand – testing her, seeing if she
would indeed take their battle seriously – I need one who can become my equal, not a supplicant.

Kairi tried not to shudder. Of
course, she had seen the stark resemblance between the younger Onasi and
the one she knew well. Dustil had the same auburn hair and angular jaw -
even his emotional pattern and Force aura felt similar, though the
younger man was marked by the desperation of a wounded predator. If
possible, Dustil would be spared. However, if he proved a danger, then
it would be easier to blame the dangers of the academy...

The hair on Carth's neck stood up as he took his blaster
from the man's icy hands, holding the cloth in place until the bleeding
staunched. The elder Sith walked over to the dead student and shook his
head, taking the medallion from the dead boy's neck. Handing it to Carth
and taking back the bloodied cloth, he remarked, "A lot of power in
this one, but no wisdom. As for you, report to the academy tomorrow, and
show that medallion to the guard. Once inside, I have a job to offer
you."

Innocence never lasts. It is too easily broken, too easily turned to ash when exposed to the harsh realities of the universe. And when innocence dies, something else must step in and replace the void.

The Dark Side is always eager to volunteer.

Put a high-octane empath together with a big, sudden destructive event and things are bound to go poorly.

            Mag and Carth walked down the hall and easily found the dining room from the amount of noise echoing out of the partially closed door. They grabbed a couple of plates of food each and sat down at the last empty table in the room.

            The food wasn’t anything fancy, but it was hearty. Carth and Mag ate greedily, figuring since they had a big job for Gadon, their next meal could be many hours away.

            Carth was about to ask Mag a question when they were joined by a member of the Beks.

            He was a very handsome human. Between his sandy-blond hair, dark green eyes, and strong, square jaw, the man could have been a model.

Revan and the Exile have left to fight in the Unknown Regions, but the greatest battle of all may be the one they face when they return.

"You have your drinking problem!" pointed out Carth.
"It's not a problem, Carth, if it doesn't get in the way of anyone else," flung back Keira, upset at being put on the defensive.
"Well, maybe before you go around killing people because of their flaws, you should deal with yours," spat Carth.

This chapter features: Bastila and Carth at each other's throats before the Endar Spire even takes off, Revan beheading people, Trask's overall lack of sense in the battlefield, and lots and lots of alcoholic consumption on Revan's part.

The team finally gets some down time. Pasts are exposed and the team becomes closer.

After replaying both Knights of the Old Republic games the past few months, this plot gizka happily burrowed within my skull and has been there consistently throughout my time of playing. As such, I've taken to writing this and hold off on other stories until I can regain my ground.

What would you do if someone you truly loved left you behind, without little more than hints of what you would have to do? Would you heed their advice?

Canderous had little choice in the matter.

 This is his story....

Bastila can't figure out if Vera (my LSF!Revan) is a troll or if she really takes everything that seriously.

“Something's
bothering you,” Ev observed of the tense Wookiee sitting across
from her.

Kairi exhaled. So close to an answer again, but not able to get it. Push Bastila, and you won't get an answer at all. Waiting is hell, but it's the best strategy. “I'll wait, for your sake, but only until the final map. We'll get away from the ship if we have to, but you are going to tell me. I want your word. Promise me, Bastila. Swear on our bond that you will tell me.”

“You’re injured, but alive,” Canderous told her. “Come on, we’ll get you back to the station.”

“Should have left me...danger out here...”

“You may have refused my mark, but I already claimed you, Princess. Now shut up – you’re being rescued.”

She shuffled into the cave where the Star Map waited, already open and displaying its brightly-lit map of the galaxy. Kairi gasped and started to push towards it, but that’s when she saw she wasn’t alone.

Sitting before it, in a perfectly-still meditation pose was what looked to be Darth Revan. The garb – a combination of duelist’s fiber armor and black robes – was unmistakable. Kairi did not draw her blade – yet.

It was then that the Revan-figure acknowledged her presence. Jumping up, the figure drew its lightsaber, its violet blade hissing to life. The Revan-figure moved like wind, slamming her against the cave wall, the energy from the blade burning her skin.

“There is no comfort – there is suffering. There is no love- there is loss. There are no noble acts – only futile ones. There is no salvation – there is oblivion.”

"And last time I checked," There was a pause as she felt strong fingers wrap around her wrist. "You were still in hot water from the last time you stayed up into the wee hours of the morning 'studying.' You know you're going to be exhausted, again, and I'll have to cover for you, again."

"And we both know that went over so well last time," she murmured absently, all the inflection and tone lost from her voice as she looked down to her wrist, lying limply on the desktop. There was no hand there. There was nothing. She was alone.

She was losing it.

The effort to steal Darth Revan's finances begins in earnest. Cracks begin to appear in Malak and Revan's relationship.

This Mission: the team attempts to steal a massive portion of Darth Revan's funds.

The destruction of the Star Forge leaves both peace and chaos in its wake. As Evure Pell struggles with the realities of her past--and future as Revan, Telos begins restoration, and many other heroes of the war try to find their place in a changed galaxy.

The Road to Rediscovery starts immediately after the events of KotOR I and fills in the time gap until KotOR II.

Jolee Bindo had long forsaken Jedi mantras and codes, but experience had been a good teacher on when to hold his emotions in check. He hadn’t been so angry since he saw Czerka setting up shop and bringing slave transports. But he hadn’t felt betrayed when Czerka started polluting Kashyyyk.

He certainly felt betrayed now.

Easy...too easy...She kept herself apart on the ship. She had to. Still, it hurt more than she wanted when Kairi confronted her. Certainly, being bonded to the empath wasn’t comfortable. No matter how much she could control her emotions, there was no evading Kairi's senses. Of course, Bastila was disappointed, but the disappointment was not for the reasons Kairi thought it was.

Machinery
clanked, and with a hiss of air, the Endar
Spire released its hold on
the last escape pod.

During the Jedi Civil War, three ex-Jedi Shadows of the Jedi Covenant are on the search for sources of dark power with the aim of rooting them out.  Their search leads them to the small planet of Ibea, the site of one of Darth Revan's 're-education' camps for Jedi.
